He is survived by: his children, Matthew John Noel (Jody Tyree) and Stephanie Noel; his siblings, Lisa Gill (Steven), Barbara Chapman and Jamey Noel; and his grandchildren, Remington Noel and Kyra Jo Noel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
