He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rowley and Estelle Rowley (Ferg); and his siblings, Harry "Sonny" Paul Rowley, Gordon Rowley, Richard "Butch" Rowley and Doris Eaves.
He is survived by: his wife Claudia Rowley; his children, Jeffrey Rowley (Jessica), Samantha Rowley and Rebecca Thomas; his grandchildren, Nicholas Rowley, Hannah Rowley, Abigail Fossee, Hunter Rowley and Emily Rowley; and his siblings, Barbara Rowe, William Rowley (Nettie), Patricia Heeke, Lucille Rowley and Cynthia Rowley-Howell.
