He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie B. Ford (L. B.) and Hazel Marie Ford (Bennett); his wife Maxine Mae Wingfield; his former spouse Beverly Goodson; his brother Glen Ford; and his great grandchildren, Jake and Luke Simpson.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Pittman (David) of Pekin, IN; his granddaughters, Jennifer Lee (Jeremy Helm) of Monette, AR, Becky Simpson, Amber Hurst (Darren) of Pekin and Renee Morphis (Todd) of Palmyra, IN.; his great grandchildren, Brandon Lee (Shelby), Megan Lee, Hayley Hurst, Archer Hurst of Pekin, IN, John Simpson, Katie Morphis and Ian Morphis of Palmyra, IN.; his great great grandchildren, Dolly Lee and Benton Lee of Pekin, IN; and his friend Dorothy Gorman.
