It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Hurst of Pekin, Indiana, who passed away on September 2, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Gene Hurst and Betty J. Hurst (Blankenbaker); his sister Robin Hurst; and his grandson Presley Crawford. He is survived by: his wife Madonna Hurst (Anderson); his children, Josh Hurst, Jed Hurst, Kyle Hurst, Zachary Hurst, Jannetta Barger (Mike), Tonya Turner, Angie Miller and Chandra Trainor (Brandon); and his sisters, Teena Morris, Monica Tankersley, Kim Martin and Katrice Ellis. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
