It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jnea Wilson of Pekin, Indiana, who passed away on January 5, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Luttrell and Catherine Inez Luttrell (Wolfe); her husband Oliver Owen Wilson; and her brothers, David and Johnnie Luttrell.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Gale Burns (Scott); her granddaughters, Heather Williams and Meisha Becraft; her great grandchildren, Ashtyn Hurst, Stratton Hurst and Broc Gilstrap; and her siblings, Earline Carlise, Earl Luttrell, Dot Ashley and Nelda Vincent. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
