With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Lightle of Pendleton, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2025 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald Lightle to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnet Lightle and Wreatha Lightle (Van Note). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lightle (Campbell); his daughters, Jennifer Gordon (Joe) and Jessica Rodriguez (Kris); his grandchildren, Christopher Gordon (Courtney), Aaron Gordon, Samuel Gordon, Albert Weir (Sara), Aden Weir and Jade Rodriguez; his great grandchildren, Mikayla, Maren Bostic, Maylee Gordon, Aspen and Ridge Weir; and his siblings, Kenneth Lightle (Rebecca) and Cynthia Lightle.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Castleton United Methodist Church (7101 Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46250). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Still Waters Adult Day Center for Alzheimer's and Dementia 7160 Shadeland Station Way Indianapolis, IN 46256.
