She is survived by: her husband Carl Rugenstein; her daughter Tammy Rabe (Brian); her stepchildren, Adam Rugenstein (Abby) and Ella Miller (Christopher); her brother Dana Webb (Karen); and her grandchildren, Nick Rabe, Jake Rabe and Amelia Rugenstein.
