It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merle Hennessee of Pendleton, Indiana, who passed away on December 18, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Perkins and Iva Perkins (Canady); her husband Wyndell Hennessee; and her siblings, Thelma Strahle, Lenore Elsass, Norma Decker, Melba Dobbs, Mary Perkins, Carol Koch, Eva Lauerman and Charles Perkins.
She is survived by: her children, Lynne Gioe Golding (Steve), Ed Hennessee (Michelle) and Diane Becker; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Gioe (Kristen), Matthew Gioe (Kate), Erin Wonderlick (Mike), Bryan Becker, Cheyenne Kime (Gage), Katie Lamb (Jacob) and Victoria Shields; and her great grandchildren, Silas Gioe, Ruby Gioe, Hannah Gioe and Teddy Gioe.
