He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith (Pettigrew); his sons, Neal Smith (Jennifer) and Scott Smith (Mindy); his sisters, Candy Small (Steve) and Cheryl Jones (Randy); his grandchildren, Mitchell Smith (Courtney), Mason Smith (Abbi), Miller Smith (Maddie), Kaeden Smith (Nation Poske) and Khyla Smith; his great grandchildren, Wesley, Carter and Grayson; and his close friend Bob Hennis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
