He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Robert Goff and Shirley Ann Weeks; his former wives, Mary Goff (Hargis) and Maxine Goff (Wildman); and his parents, William Bailis Goff and Helen Lorraine Goff (Roberts).
He is survived by: his former wife Jacalyn Montgomery-Goff; his children, Richard W. Goff Jr. (Rachel Butler-Pardi) and Angeline Goff Pansch (Rainer); his nephews, Charles Goff (Keira) and David Goff (Christy); and his wife Mary Hargis. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
