He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Willard and Wilma Lucielle McAllister; his mother-in-law Janet Purkey; his brothers-in-law, John Delaplane, Tony Purkey and Chris Purkey; and his close friends, Skip Perry, Donnie Tabor and Mike Gustin.
He is survived by: his wife Tracy McAllister (Purkey); his son Thomas (Jama Newman); his grandchildren, Dallas and Tayllor; his son Lucas (Holly); his grandchildren, Damieon, Owen and Allie; his siblings, Donna Delaplane and Larry McAllister (Melissa); Karma. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask memorial contributions to be made to Community Hospital Anderson Cancer Center or charity of choice.
