He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Cline (Lovell) and John D. Cline; his siblings, Carl Cline, Larry Cline and Phyllis Hart; and his great grandchild Allison Garringer.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Cline; and his children, Karen Garringer (Robert), Becky Cline, Robert Cline (Christina), Jeffery Cline and Stephen Cline. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
