She was predeceased by : her parents, John W. Byrum and Eva Byrum (Black); her husband Paul E. Poole; her great grandchild Jennifer Sawyers; and her siblings, Peggy McGinn and Ray Byrum.

She is survived by : her children, Steven Poole (Delia), Peggy Sawyers (Gary) and Danny Poole (Christine). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and two great-great granddaughters.
