Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Arthur Cassels of Peru, Indiana, born in Cairo, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 92, on January 28, 2023. He was predeceased by: his father Guy E. Cassels; his wife Geneva "June" Combs; his former wife Mabel Tackett; his daughter Elaine; his sons-in-law, Rev. James Thomas and James Williams; and his brothers, David "Carson", James and Edwin Cassels.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Dawn (Dean Wilson), Valerie Williams, Cindy Winter (Joe), Mark Cassels (Linda), Howard Fulton (Bobbie), Debbie Balsbaugh (Brooke) and Jeff Combs (Lanette); his siblings, Gene Cassels (Annell) and Peggy Guber; his grandchildren, Rocky Fraser (Tianna), Dustin Fraser (Sara), Taylor Wilson, Valerie Lukin (Greg), Neil Williams, Craig Williams (Pam), Doug Williams, Travis Williams (Jessica), April Ellis (Christopher Rullan) of Amelia Winter, M. D, Jenna Winter, Jessica Wilber (Jeremiah), Katie Fulton, Judson Cassels (Peter), Julie Cassels, Aaron Thomas (Lorie), Amanda Thomas, Claire Kellems (Joshua), Colin Balsbaugh (Jennifer), Eric Combs (Valerie), Erin Wagner and Tyler Combs (Kelly); and his niece Jerri Bunker. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
