She is survived by: her husband Gene R. Foltz; her children, Tim Foltz and Wendy Lutz; her sister-in-law Bette Slater; her grandchildren, Chris Lutz (Eva), Jane Maurer (Brad), Seth Foltz (Jennifer) and Jessie Vitulli (James); and her great grandchildren, Alex Lutz, Erik Lutz, Otto Lutz, Madeline Maurer, Tommy Maurer, Katie Maurer, Bethany Maurer, Emma Foltz, Brenna Foltz, Jackson Wright, Josie Wright, Remo Vitulli, Max Vitulli and Franklyn Vitulli.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Peru Grace Brethren Church in support of the Care Commission.
