She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Anton Walters and Gladys Gertrude Walters (Bell); her husband Walter David Quier; and her sister Leona Carole Oliba. She is survived by: her children, Robert A. White (Emma), William J. White, Seneca, Laurie L. White Lanning and Mark A. White. She is also survived by several step-children, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Betty would ask that a memorial contribution be given to the Salvation Army.
