He is survived by: his mother Josephine Kelch of Peru; his siblings, Tonya Bailey (John) of Jackson Center, James Brown (Jenny) of Peru and Jeremy Brown of Peru; his cousin Randy See; and his close friends, Gracie Nice, Gloria Luke of Peru and Randy Rhineburger of Kentucky. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
