It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clay Thomas McCollum Jr. of Peru, Indiana, born in Yadkinville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clay Thomas McCollum, Sr. and Ruby McCollom Goss (Speer); and his sister Sarah McCollum. He is survived by : his wife Shirlene McCollum; his children, Rhonda Ousley (Kim Johnson), Robin, Paul Jeffs, Ronald, Denise Mathis, Regina and Randi York; his brother Billy; his close friends, Cy Howell, Schery, Bruce White and Flex; and his pets, Tootsie and Turbo. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
