He was predeceased by: his parents, Zora E. Bell and C. L. Williams. He is survived by: his daughter Hannah D. Whitehead of Noblesville; his sisters, Amy Helton (Elmer) of Lafayette, Tina Kitchen and Vivian Hurley of Kentucky; and his friends, Donna, Jimmy, Mark and Tony. He is also survived by several nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, and cousins.
