She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Gibb and Maude Gibb (Shoenbach); her husband Ronald "Ron" F. Ackerman; and her brother-in-law Maynard Ackerman. She is survived by: her children, Karen Lee Hansen (Douglas) and Ronald Scott Ackerman; her grandsons, Jordan Hendershot and Caleb Hendershot; her son-in-law Douglas Hansen; and her grandson-in-law Yilmar Garcia. She is also survived by her children to her grandchildren.
