He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ritchie and Eloise Mennen Ritchie; his wife Yvonne Sparks; his son Wayne Ritchie; and his siblings, Vivian Reel and David Ritchie.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Meacham of Lafayette, Shannon Werner (Jeff) of Phoenix, AZ, Tammy Brannum (Mitchell) of Peru, Tonya Young (Shawn) of Peru, Leslie Wikstrom of Peru, Scott Ritchie of Peru and Brandon Ritchie of Fort Wayne; his stepsons, Thomas of Peru and Steve Cox of Peru; and his siblings, Eugene "Gene" Ritchie (Sunny) of Kentland, Kenneth "Jerry" Ritchie of Mt. Grove and Judy Bean of Crawfordsville. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
