He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Loe and Antoinette Loe (Cappoli); and his grandson Froy Olivo. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Downing; his daughters, Nicole Rodriguez (Teejay Conley) of Peru, Mandi Bielanski (Fil) of Noblesville and Amber Loe of Peru; and his grandchildren, Andrew Rodriguez, Mason Adkins, Colt Conley of Peru, Samantha Lovall and Max Bielanski of Noblesville.
