He is survived by: his children, Anje Boettjer (Nicole) and Bridgette Boettjer (Lena); his grandchildren, Abigail Boettjer, Greta Boettjer, Sydney Connor and Levi Conner; his sisters, Cindy Vrooman (Mike), Janice Fischer of Murfreesboro, TN and Debbie Walker of Peru, IN.; and his close friend Mary Ellen Campbell.
