He was predeceased by: his parents, Goldie C. Sapp (Finch) and Harry Thomas Sapp Sr.; his close friend Garry Smolinski; and his siblings, Freddie, Theresa and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Pat and Danny. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
