He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Shockley and Betty Jo Shockley (Hughes); and his sisters, Kathy Long and Marsha Long. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Shockley (Tracy), Sherry Kendel and Jennifer Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
