She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Struckman and Nell Struckman (Shanklin); her husband Raymond E. Koons; her daughters, Marie Koons and Danielle Koons; and her brother James Struckman.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Bellamy (Rick) of Peru; and her sister Carol Beam (Duane). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
