He was predeceased by: his sister Gayle Johnson (Gary); his parents, Mary and Glen; and his stepfather B. Douglas Gross. He is survived by: his stepsiblings, Deborah Grimes, Becky Barker, Peggy Penfold and Scott Gross; his children, James Johnson (Cape), Gary Johnson, Cynthia (Bunnell) and Katina Everding (Chuck); his grandson Devin Bradfield (Heidi); and his nephews, Gary Johnson and Jim Johnson. He is also survived by children, and many friends.
