She was predeceased by: her husband Larry J Applegate; and her siblings, Jessye Woodward, Thelma Valenski and Raymond Bock. She is survived by: her brother Conrad Bock (Pearl) of Warren Michigan; and her sister-in-law Saundra Applegate of Kokomo. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests preferred memorials be made to the Peru Animal Care and Control in Peru.
