Butler of Marlborough, Massachusetts; her granddaughter Samantha Smyth; her children, Sloane and Taliya of Peru; her granddaughter Nichole Smyth-Wilson (Thomas); her children, Rhys and Finn of Carmel, Indiana; her grandson Brandon Smyth (Laura); and her children, Bryce, Chloe Smyth, Isabella, Josiah and Urijah Acosta of Peru. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
