He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Joseph McLoughlin and Anastasia McLoughlin (Mahon); his brothers, Noel McLoughlin and Liam McLoughlin (Mary); his brother-in-law Francis Moloney; and his sister Olive Harte.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Marie McLoughlin (Whitton); his sons, Patrick Michael McLoughlin (Julie) of Latham and Andrew Joseph McLoughlin (Megan) of Liverpool; his grandchildren, Bridget, Brendan and Liam McLoughlin; his siblings, Brendan McLoughlin (Cici), Kathleen Moloney and Anne Loughman (Pat); and his sister-in-law Sue McLoughlin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
