He is survived by: his wife Lana; his sons, Ric Burnette (Michelle) of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Cole Puterbaugh; his siblings, Mike Puterbaugh and Nancy Troyer; his brother-in-law Jerry Wren; his grandchildren, Kory Burnette (Haley), Clay Burnette, Madison Burnette and Lanie Prater; his great grandchildren, Hadlee, Hudson and Hayes; and his friends, John Whiteford, Bruce Taylor, Roger Keith and Junior Clark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
