He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Sr. Carter and Essie Carter (Wireman); and his siblings, Charles Carter, Orville Carter Jr., Patty Archer, Mary Robbins and Shirley Garner.
He is survived by: his children, Shanon Carter, Tiffani Carter, Sabrina Carter, Paul Albertson, Nathaniel Albertson, Desarae Piper (Jimmie) and Chantel Shockley (Michael); his sister Debbie Cook (Butch); and his pet Biscuit. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
