He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Marquell and Marie Marquell (Gaither). He is survived by: his wife Catherine (Howland); his sons, Donald Ousley (Liz) of Peru, Charles Ousley (Debbie) of Perrysburg, Tony Ousley (Sheila) of Peru and Jarrod Marquell of Bunker Hill, Indiana.; and his brother Phillip Marquell (Maryann) of Florida. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
