It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thelma A. Lewis of Peru, Indiana, born in Jellico, Tennessee, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Levi Martin and Rosa Martin (Lamb). She is survived by : her daughter Rose Staats (Doug) of Wabash; her grandchildren, Levi Staats (Angel) of Wabash and Reanna Staats (Jordan Hensley) of Logansport; and her siblings, Mildred Lynn of Wabash and Glenn Martin (Linda) of Brooklyn, Michigan.. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, two step daughters, seven step grandchildren.

Preferred memorial is Parkinson's Foundation.
