He was predeceased by : his parents, John A. Miller and Helen "Jean" Miller (Comer); and his granddaughter Corinna Miller. He is survived by : his wife Carol Miller (Patterson); his siblings, William "Bill" Miller and Janet "Kay" Caylor; his sons, Matthew Miller of Peru, Timothy Miller (Katie) of Brownsburg and Daniel Miller (Staci) of Muncie; his grandchildren, Caleb Miller, Mackenzie Miller, Makayla Miller, Chloe Miller, Kyleigh Miller, Claire Miller, Samuel Miller, Emily Miller, Emma Miller, Hailey Miller and Blake Miller; and his great grandchild Kane Plummer. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Riverview Funeral Home (421 W Canal St, Peru, IN 46970). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memoriam to Peru Animal Care & Control, the Miami County Animal Shelter, or Peru Circus.
