He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Butzin and Lola Butzin (Brown); and his siblings, Judith Secaur and Rickey Butzin (Gina Hollingsworth). He is survived by: his children, Cindy Ewer (Brent), Dawn Hooker, Kimberly Stuber (Mike), Kirby Butzin (Stephanie) and Tammy Cole; his brother Ron Butzin (Linda) of St. Peters, Missouri.; his girlfriend Peggy Anderson; and his girlfriend's children, Mike Hollarman (Shelly) and Kelly Smith (Terry). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
