He is survived by: his sons, Tony Chamberlain, Jr. (Brenda) of Petersburg and Chris Chamberlain (Paula) of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Cory, Michael, Heather, Kevin and Aiden; and his brothers, Orin'Fred' Chamberlain (Shirley) of Switz City and Richard Chamberlain (JoAnn) of Terre Haute. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
