She was predeceased by : her parents, William Wheatley and Sally Wheatley (Selby); her former life partner Oral Whitehead; her husband Vance Perry; and her children, Larry Whitehead and Nelda Davis.

She is survived by : her children, Dennis Whitehead (Phyllis), Neil Whitehead (Laura), Marcia Gideon, Oraletta Earles (David) and Kim Catt (Chris). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; and 21 great-great grandchildren.
