He was predeceased by: his mother Pearl Ewig; his brother Jerry Wayne Carpenter; and also Bentley. He is survived by: his sons, Rick Lattea (Sue) and Steve Lattea (Lisa); and his siblings, Patty Snyder (Ronnie) of West Virginia, Mary Ann Thompson (John) of Virginia and Richard Lattea (Nancy) of Floridia. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren 5 Great Grandchildren.
