It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fredrick Hathaway (Pierceton, Indiana), who passed away on September 14, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Fredrick has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Bennett and Virginia Hathaway Bennett (Kinsey); his wife Verna E. Cole; and his sister Carol Rhodes. He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Hathaway (Sonya) of Warsaw, Debra Hathaway (Brian) of Warsaw, Vickie Gackstetter (Dan) of Arizona, Ann Howard (Walter) of Larwill and Fredrick Hathaway (Angi) of North Manchester. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
