He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Smith and Helen A. Smith (Warner). He is survived by: his wife Anne "Laurie" L. Smith; his children, Andrew Smith (Carol), Teri Smith, Lori Smith, Tami Pavel (Paul) and Amy Miller (Gerry); his daughter-in-law Tracy Smith; his friend Elaine Cook (Mike); and his sons, Steven and Jeff Smith. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
