He is survived by: his wife Jenette Fairchild Aker; his son Billy Fairchild; his stepdaughters, Paula Jaynes, Jennifer Shepherd, Kimberly Elisech, Stephanie Fairchild, Alyssa Lake and Jessica Fairchild; and his siblings, Troy Aker and Dawn Johnson. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
