She is survived by: her parent Terie Holloway; her daughters, Ashley Patino (Noah Tucker) of Warsaw, Amber Patino Lenig (Craig) of Rochester and Alexis "Lexi" Hernandez of Warsaw; her sisters, Katina Davis of Peru, Amanda Clabaugh (Chris) of Pierceton and Jessica Davis Crum (Michael) of Inwood; her nephew Scott Sanchez of Peru; and her niece Kinsley Clabaugh of Pierceton.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw, to help with funeral costs.
