He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rostochak and Anna Rostochak (Putoski); his wife Wilma Werstler (Werstler); his son Jeffrey Rostochak; and his siblings, John Rostochak, Anne Lichtenstein, Mary Blough, Julia Troyer, George Rostochak, Helen Kwiatkowski, Joe Rostochak, Elizabeth Evanik and Margaret Johnson.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Rostochak Jr. (Martha) of Larwill, IN, Rebecca Mason (Doug) of Cromwell, IN and Diane Rostochak of Albion, IN; and his daughter-in-law Molly Rostochak of Leesburg, IN. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews.
