He was predeceased by: his father Darrell D. Stearley; and his sister Laura Lynn. He is survived by: his mother Sara E. Stearley (Ewbank) of Largo, FL; his son Cameron Stearley of Warsaw; his sister Shannon Yorke (Thane) of Massachusetts; and his nephews, Matt, Adam and Josh Yorke.
