He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chinworth and Jane Chinworth (McConnell); and his grandson Maverick Peter Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Emily Chinworth and Erica Smith (Mike) of Georgia; his granddaughters, Rowan and Piper Smith; his sisters, Sally Kolar (Tim), Susan Martig and Linda Wakeland (Mike); his former wife's children, Lori Martinez (Roman) and Bryan Bronsing; his pet Coco; and his former wife Debra Chinworth Brock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
