He is survived by: his wife Kelli Ammons; his sister Sheila Cooper (Roger); his children, Angela Werking (Jeffrey), Melissa Fidel (Jann) and Adam Ammons; his grandchildren, Lillian Fidel, Landon Werking, Gabriel Fidel and Lauren Fidel; his nephews, Michael Dale (Missy), Zach Szabo (Sara), Nicolas Szabo (Jessica), Joshua Ammons and Nickolas Cooper; and his niece Alicia Cooper.
