He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Ammons (Pearson) and Lester V. Ammons; his sister Rebecca Ammons; and his nephew Travis Dale. He is survived by: his wife Kelli Ammons; his sister Sheila Cooper (Roger); his children, Angela Werking (Jeffrey), Melissa Fidel (Jann) and Adam Ammons; his grandchildren, Lillian Fidel, Landon Werking, Gabriel Fidel and Lauren Fidel; and his sibling's children, Michael Dale (Missy), Zach Szabo (Sara), Nicolas Szabo (Jessica), Joshua Ammons, Nickolas Cooper and Alicia Cooper.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Conkle Funeral Home, Avon Chapel (76 N Avon Ave, Avon, IN 46123). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
