He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Eyster (Passwater); his sisters, Judith Meador and Kimberly Hall; and his granddaughter Brandy Wagley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many other adoring family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Singleton & St. Pierre Funeral & Cremation Services (7602 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in Allen's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
