She was predeceased by: her parents, George Testement and Pearl Testement (Collins); her husband Gary Dyer of Jack's Pizza; her son Rick Wade; and her siblings, George Testement Jr., James Testement and Shirley McGhee.
She is survived by: her sons, Leland Scott Wade, Jeff Wade (Sherry) and Troy Wade (Amy Polson); and her siblings, Tommy Testement and Peggy Allen. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home (106 Shaw St, Plainfield, IN 46168). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
