She is survived by: her sons, Leland Scott Wade, Jeff Wade (Sherry) and Troy Wade (Amy Polson); her stepdaughters, Rhonda Dyer and Trella Browning (Steve); and her siblings, Tommy Testement and Peggy Allen. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
