He is survived by: his parents, Jody Smith and Charlie Holder; his siblings, Ashley Singh (Kirpal), Terri Lynn Singleton (Gary), Michelle Salamone, Emily, Ashley Merritt, Doug Smith (Holly) and Adam Merritt; and his grandparents, Maxine Zollars and Charles Smith. He is also survived by 5 nieces; 4 nephews; 1 great niece.
